Staley and his peanut butter!

Staley loves to eat right out of the jar with a spoon.

4th of July continued...

That night we went to Jimmy's parents house for a barbeque and fireworks. Staley and Vance had a great time riding in Staley's "lawn mower" he got from his Grandma and Grandpa Wilson for his birthday. Staley is a little obsessed with the lawn mower and was beyond excited to get his very own. He kept taking Vance and Ari for rides.

4th of July Celebrating

Every summer I look forward to the same events. Jimmy and Staleys birthday's and the 4th of July. I love to celebrate holidays. Last year we were in Cape Cod for the 4th and the year before that Park City so it was fun and different to be at home this year. We went to my mom's house during the day and swam. We invited our friend's Jay and Amy and their darling kids, Dylan, Isabell, Alexa, and Noah. Noah is only 1 month older than Staley and he loved the pool. He screamed when they had to leave. Needless to say we had a great time with the Hafens!

Birthday Party #2

Well, you know us Wilson's, we love to celebrate our birthdays for at least a week.(I actually think we are still celebrating Jimmy's birthday which was on the 10th of June) So on Staleys real birthday we had everyone over for ice cream and cupcakes. Since Staleys new obsession is with airplanes, we had an airplane themed party.

Staley's Birthday!

Staley is now a toddler. I can't believe he is already 2 years old. It goes very very fast. For his birthday we took him to Chuck E Cheeses with his cousins and his honorary cousins, Brigham and Mckell. Staley had a great time riding in the cars and playing basketball. He had to go to his happy place a few times when things got rough.

Pool Buddies

Brigham and Staley causing mischief at my mom's pool. Notice Staley's leash that he loves to wear. He likes to lead the dog on a leash so he will put his "leash" on and make me lead him around the house. I'm glad he is so good about wearing it, because I am not going to Disneyland again without it!

Thanksgiving Point

Jimmy and I had our wedding reception at the Visitor's Center. This is the first time we have been back since we were married December 27th, 2001.

Ari, Staley and Vance

Having fun and making us laugh!

Thanksgiving Point

I had never been to see the childrens area or the gardens at Thanksgiving point. I had only taken Staley to see the farm animals, so it was fun to go and see all of the gardens with Jimmy's family. We started off at the animal farm where Staley was trying to give kisses to the llamas. Then we finally got him on a horse ride! After almost 2 years he finally was ok with it. He had a cute little shy smile the entire time and wanted to ride the horse again and again! We finally ran out of tickets. Thank heavens! I think Jimmy was pretty proud of him.

We are still around!

Well, so I am just a teeny weeny behind in my blog. I am not sure how it happened but it has been almost two months since I have updated our page. It is amazing how being home full time with Staley has kept me more busy than when I am working part time at the school. Enough excuses though, I will be better with staying updated!
