Staley Playing

These are cute pictures that my mom took of Staley playing outside with Toby. He tried to be naughty and squirt us in the house with his squirt gun, and when I wouldn't let him he decided to turn his attentions to torturing Toby.
I love his crazy crazy hair in these pictures!

Quote of the Day

Yesterday Staley and I spent the day together since Jimmy was off hunting with his dad. I told Staley that I needed to brush his hair before we went out and he wasn't having it. He left me in the bathroom, went to his room, and came back with a hat on. When I asked him about it, he said, "You don't need to brush my hair because I hide it in my hat".

Staley's new favorite song after Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is Beyonce's, Halo. I must play it too much in the car because last night he was singing along with the music, and doing a pretty good job of it as well.

Another song he likes, is Eyes on Fire from the Twilight soundtrack. Jimmy put the Pussycat Dolls on Staleys playlist on my Ipod. I asked Jimmy, "So Staley likes the Pussycat Dolls now, does he? Or does Daddy?"
Jimmy just smiled and said, "I just thought I would mess with you a little bit".

Noah and Staley play day

Noah and Staley played all day last Wednesday. They play so well together, I love having Noah over. They played forever with some boxes I had. They were hilarious!

I put on my Cowboy hat the other day to go to the pool, and Staley asked me, "Are you wearing your horse hat,mom?"

Staley and his friends

We dog-sat Jeff and Kris' dogs, Kitty and Cubbers. They were cute but little stinkers! Cubbers kept attacking Toby. But Staley sure loved having them around

Staleys Fat Lip

Staley got this fat lip by balancing (not very well) on the deck in the backyard. He fell and scraped up his arm and legs. He looks so cute!

Quote of the Day

Staley told me that we needed to buy me a "Princess 4-Wheeler". I asked him if I was a princess, and he said, "No. You're Candice!"

We went to eat a JCW's today and I used the bathroom. As I was in the stall, I heard someone come into the bathroom, go in the stall next to mine and use the bathroom. I didn't think anything of it. As I was washing my hands, I looked at the stall and saw a very familiar pair of feet and flip flops peeking under the door. The door opens and Staley walks out! He says, "Hi mom, I went potty by myself!" It was so cute how proud he was, and very disturbing as well thinking of what he touched without my supervision. Needless to say I scrubbed him down.
Jimmy said he ran off after me and ran in the bathroom. He didn't know what to do but figured since I was in there and Staley knew that, he would say something to me. He didn't.
