4th of July

For the 4th we went to Park City with Jimmy's family. Staley's favorite parts of the trip were going down the Alpine Slide and jumping on the trampoline doing backflips. He kept doing those over and over again. Jimmy and I went on the roller coaster which is so much fun! I was laughing hysterically the entire time. Mostley from fear. Jimmy didn't hit the brakes once. Staley also wanted to " Climb the Mountain". He had a harder time with this, but loved cruising down the Alpine Slide with Jimmy as fast as he could and doing backflips over and over again on the trampoline.

On the night of the fireworks we thought we were so smart to go and watch them from the pool at our hotel, since that is where they shoot them off from, but after waiting for half an hour, freezing our butts off, we heard them, but could not see them, so we moved to another location, still freezing, until Jim called us and told us we had a perfect view from our rooms. So we packed everyone up and ran up to our room and were able to watch a lot of it, so it ended up being fun!

The Parade was interesting, a little more laid back then American Forks parade. The hockey players were hilarious. They were walking down the street until someone yelled something and then they all ran to each other and pretended to fight. Very clever!
